With my vast shopping experience I can affirm that Eric Yardley goes over and above what is the norm from most small businesses in the Ottawa area.
Recently had a sticky situation that needed prompt attention. Not only was feedback welcomed by Eric, the difficult situation was dealt with quickly and corrective measures were taken to ensure it never happens again. I not only walked away with beautiful products, Eric provided heartfelt apologizes with a FULL REFUND to make amends. For a small business to incur such a loss - amazing!!!
