I signed up with World Health Club for a two year contract. Never when signing up was I told that even after the contract was finished would they continue to charge me each month. I had a totaly different experience than those above. The guy that I signed up with explained everything about the contract to me. I got the one with Personal Training and my Trainer Scott trains me twice a week I lost 20 lbs in 2 months. I got a plan that lets me use all of the clubs in Calgary, so I'm not sure why some of the people above have had a problem with transferability. The Staff... more
I signed up for a years membership which isn't bad, but to be honest it totally wasn't worth it. no transferability, bad customer service, the guy i called to inquire my membership sounded like a total snob. I called them at 7am and they never got back to me, so i called them at 10:30am..riduculous! Go for another gym, ask for transferability, and no contracts! They are like Telus, just a... more
