We would like to send our thanks for nothing to all staff
July 19, 2014Do not trust anyone at The Works on specially the manager Ben. Advice gets you family somewhere else do not trust them with their slow service. Not sure who wrote all these great reviews, must have come from friends, family of this slow service establishment. Prices were good. That's all that's good about The Works on westboro in Ottawa. Love the new lunch menu

Taking the awesomeness of the works' burgers and making them more time- and cost-efficient is a big plus!
Service at this location is great and the food is always well-prepared and served in a timely manner - even with the minimum cook time, the burgers are juicy and worth the wait!
