This Firm Is Rude and Utterly Unprofessional

A team of land surveyors from Ken K. Wong & Associates came onto our property while we were home, wandering through the front and back yards without so much as knocking on the door to announce themselves or asking permission. When we asked them who they were, they were rude and curt, and insisted that they had a right to be on the property because they were hired "by the owner". We advised them that the property was being sold, but we were still the owners. Despite their utter lack of consideration and impoliteness, we allowed them to stay the full day to do their work. We asked, however, that they give us advance notice if they required any further work on-site and they agreed. Two days later, we re returned home to find one of the surveyors in our garage, fleeing up the rear stairs as we opened the garage door. Again, there was no advanced notice to us that they would be coming and, once again, the three men were rude and dismissive of us. As a consequence, we sent them away. I presume they had sufficiently finished their work because we never heard from them again. I left a message conveying my displeasure with a receptionist at Ken K. Wong & Associates and asked for a call back, but never received the courtesy of a reply.
