mismatched uniforms, dirty condiment holders, this place is a mess. The busier it has gotten the worse it has become. Great to see the deck opened finally but it is unacceptably hot in the restaurant to dine here during hotter summer days… this used to be one of my favorite spots to grab a quick bite and now it is definitely not. Folly is a new restaurant opening in St. John's in March 2009. Folly will open at 6 pm and serve guests all night through till 6 am. Folly is located on Bates Hill, between Duckworth and Queens Road, just off George Street
