Unhelpful. Rude. Unethical. Patronizing. Didn't not want to make an effort to find a fuse for my security system for my home. Instead he wanted to sell me a $5000 security system. Mine is 10 years old and needed a $2 fuse. My system is Honeywell. I went to their office with the fuse. I guilted him into looking for a fuse to fit it as they sold me the system.
