Miss this great place
Place was so amazing. Ethical products, knowledgable staff and super sweet owner. Can't say how much I wish this place was still open. A huge loss for Halifax pet owners. Stores around now don't even compare.
Never again! Very very disappointed!
I went in this shop because I had seen here that it was great. I had questions about appropriate toys for my puppy. Several items were suggested as was a food choice and supplements.
Later on my vet informed me I was taken advantage of and the toys I purchased were dangerous and the food I purchased inappropriate for a large breed puppy. nThe supplements I learned could have resulted in long term damage and pain as they would encourage fast growtth...something considered highly detrimental to a large breed puppy.
Never will I return and I am making it a point to tell everyone I know about my experience.
Willow's Pet Place is The Best
Willow's Pet Place was voted Best Pet Supplies in halifax 2 years in a row. The reason: it really is a great place. Willow's Pet Place has probably the best prices I've seen in any of the pet supply stores and the owner is so friendly and full of knowledge. I learn something new every time I go in there. I hear they have a dog friendly patio in the summer as well. How fun is that? Willow's Pet Place should win Best Pet Supplies again this year. It really is such a great shop.
