Followup service non-existent
The initial visit was very positive. The gentleman very helpful. A different fellow set up the machine, he wasn't so helpful and not so pleasant. Tried to get followup help a year later . . . abrupt . . . uninterested . . ungawdly expensive.

Awesome!
March 10, 2011We bought a bodyguard treadmill from Western FItness and we are SO Happy with it! We run on it all the time and have had no problems with it. We thought all treadmills were bound to create hassle.. but we've had our treadmill for 6 years now and it's still going. Great service and Great Product. We will be back again!
