Fantastic and helpful staff. Prices are so much better here to buy glasses than any other place locally I could find. The second pair is still free. They accept most types of insurance and have a good selection of frames to choose from. Definitely recommend this place!

Have used this location for 10yrs. They are extremely understaffed. Everytime I go, which is annually, I have to sign up on their sign up sheet to wait for service as they go in order. Even if I'm just their to pick up contact lenses. I usually wait 25-30min average to be served. I plan to switch to another optician. Was just handy as my eye doctor is next door.

Went on November 19 for a 4 pm appointment but came about 20 minutes early.
After 45 minutes, they said it should be soon, but left at 4.30 never to return!! Will tell Doctor Cruz he needs to partner with someone else! This was my second visit as they messed up the first!
