Previous repair from Lantern Lighting on Burrard wasn't very good, so didn't return there.

I had an antique lamp that needed fixing, and I had no idea where to go. I found The Victoria Lamp Shade Company and swung by. I met Gail, who was absolutely delightful. Wonderful customer service! Turns out the probably wasn't too serious so she fixed it on the spot and didn't charge me.

I took in another antique lamp a few days later, and she fixed that up for me within a few days.

In terms of selection, no doubt they have an outstanding selection, as well as complete sets with the stands. Being in Kits, expect the top-end prices, it ain't no Ikea.

Did find an interesting piece of Asian design, as well as the only red one in the entire store lol.

Can't say the service was overwhelming, worker there busy chatting w/ a customer over personal stuff.
