Unsatisfied Homeowners

We moved in Feb 2012 and were generally happy with the work done inside the house, however, don't get excited if you're hoping to enjoy your backyard or exterior 6 or even 9 months down the road.
The communication between HO and the site super is absolutely horrible. Promises were made to have sob, fences, exterior painting, stairs to the backyard and driveways over and over. Yet none of these projects have even begun as summer is now coming to a close. Other builders in our area have completed all their exterior work, and their home owners are enjoying their summer outside. My complaints could go on and on pertaining to the after-sales service...
Its unfortunate Valecraft doesn't care about their home owners after they move in, as their houses are very nice. If you are looking for a builder who will take care of you after they have received all of your money, then Valecraft isn't the company for you!
