worst place ever!!! Please avoid this place

I went for Full face and neck hair removal laser..First of all they are never on their words..i called them and asked the rates they said $120 and after laser she said $150..Secondly the machine they used was like fire crackers exploding on my face...Thirdly they dont shave before Fourthly they gave me no ice pack...n now if you see my face its all red and seems like burnt...i am using ice pack from last two days...and no result..they didnt even remove hair properly and i feel they bleached it rather...cuz my hair turned white..:( i feel like calling police on them,,,I had 6 treatements before and never had such problem before this is the reason i got comparison...i just moved from Toronto thats why i went there..WORST WORST AND MORE THN WORST!! I hate this place and would recommend never go there..
