worst place ever!!!!
this place has the worst costumer service ever! I entered to the shop on May 15, 2013 in order to install backup camera, backup sensors and double din stereo system. The lady in the front desk asked me & my wife how she can help us. I told her that i'm interested in installation of backup sensors that was purchased through EBAY and before I told her the other work needed on the the car she asked who is the manufacturer of the sensores. My wife gave the sensors to that lady and she continued asking who make them! I told her that I dont know and asked her does it matter? she said: " we want to know what we install in the car!". I still can't understand why! it's my car, its my own sensors and I want to pay for the work only without paying expensive price for the sensors they sell in their shop... make long story short the lady told us that they won't deal with this sensors at all. the lady in the front desk was rude and unpleasant. I will not return to this place ever after the humiliation I felt! I hope you do the same.
Customer come first
The fixed my problem a former employee of the company messed up and did not charge me for it, I will be back.
