This place has great products but once purchased the quality of service received is the worst I've ever experienced. We purchased a dining room pendant light for over $600, and received it after weeks of ordering it. We opened up the box with the MANAGER and checked to ensure it was the right product. An absolutely perfect experience 3 times in a row. All 3 lighting fixtures were amazing that we have bought and each time the customer service was phenomenal. I highly recommend this store to all. Even though we travel all the way from Brampton, its the only place we will buy our lighting from again.

This store has a great selection of contemporary lighting, but the service is terrible. I must agree with other reviewers here, reluctantly.
