Just got a dvd stereo for my car. Price is almost 20% higher than best buy and futureshop. Install was quick but my dashboard panel had a nick/dent from the install. I was expecting more from the price I paid. Staff was knowledgeable about the product but for the price I paid, i should have gotten better service. Great on the phone. They installed a satellite radio purchased at a different store. They were quick and did a phenomenal job. 100% better than I could ever hope to do. While I was waiting I noticed how the manager spoke with the customers. He really knows his stuff and is very approachable.

Amazing service. Joe is very knowledgeable and he always tried his best to accommodate you . My STI came with one of the worse factory stereos I have ever hear; only good for AM radio. Love my system now, perfect for the type of music I enjoy.
