My experience was awful. When I made my arrangements over the telephone the week before I needed the truck, I was expecting an email confirmation. When I still didn't have it two days before my intended pickup date, I called to find out that the reservations was entered but the days were wrong. I went there a month ago to have a hitch installed. My car was supposed to be ready at 2 and I arrived around 3 and had to wait another 45 minutes sitting on a trailer because there is no place for a customer to sit down.
