No show!
Made appointment for repairman to come out and fix our dish washer. Time was set for around 9:00 a.m. He never showed. I called back at noon and was assured that we were on the repairman's list and he would be out by the end of the day. He didn't show up that day or the next. My husband managed to fix the dishwasher so that it was working reasonably well again. Would have liked to have someone look at it though.
I can't even get a hold of them now to cancel the call. No one is answering the phone and there is no voicemail.

Do not ever use this business. They took my washing machine to fix it this afternoon (even though it could have been fixed here, they said it was more convenient for them to fix it at their business) and said they would return with it in a hour because it was a simple task (screw on 3 new nuts). After 3 hours I called them and they said they got busy doing other things and would finish fixing it tomorrow. Worst customer service ever. If you tell someone you will have it done in an hour then do it. I have a baby and need a washing machine. It would be helpful for them to even let me know what was happening instead of me calling. Do not use this business as they have no concern for customers just money
