Avoid!

Avoid Total Touch Skincare Clinic like the plague. I had to receive medical treatment and am on antibiotics after Colette tore skin, a significant portion of skin, away from my labia. It will take over 10 days to heal and I'm unable to wax for 6 months. I have been waxing for over 10 years in this area and have never had any problems. She used hot wax when she should have used hard and refused to trim the hair she thought was too long. She didn't give me the option to trim it myself but just waxed it anyways- this is unacceptable. I didn't stop bleeding for 12 hours. Please, stay away from this place- and tell your friends.
