Rip off company

You sent me a bigger truck because your small truck broke down you moron. You did not even call me about the break down. The move was set for noon and your guys arrived at 2:15pm.
Chris being half the help mostly spoke about his movie and truck driving jobs, smoked every 5 minutes, he was always on the phone and and finally locked the keys in the truck.

I called you and you acted daft and did not even come over to help your crew. Your company was too cheap to call for help and then I was told that my move will end up to be 8 hours.

Ok Thomas let the potential customers decide how a 2 bedroom condo move into a one bedroom takes 8 hours?

Worst part was Chris demanded payment in CASH fully paid or he threatened to take my stuff away. Very poor attitude and it all comes from you and how you run your business. Chris also told me about a move where the lady after the move went in her house to pay you and locked her door until the police came to help her from you thieves.

You owe a $150.00 for over charging and ruining my whole night. If I don't get paid then I will make sure to protect and warn potential customers with my experience.
