Horrible company

I live at 2900 carling in Ottawa. Management was dishonest from the moment my lease was signed. I have tried almost daily since early December (it is now Feb 27th) to contact regional or senior management. Property is poorly kept, elevators work 50% of the time, building is not "renovated" in any way shape or form as they advertise. Animal feces and urine is common both on the grounds and in the stairwells / elevators (and not in small amounts as would occasionally happen). Local (building management) basically comes and goes as they please and do not provide required notice to enter your apartment. While these guys (Timbercreek) are not as bad as some management companies I have heard of they are certainly not good by the standard of a "normal" person.
