Very Poor

The receptionist was curt, and very uncaring. The vet himself mismanaged my cat, who is afraid of going outdoors. By the time I left after an hour of getting no where my cat was so stressed out I thought she'd literarily just pass out. I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.
