Terrible

Absolutely ruined our halloween. They ask for your money up front (completely OVERPRICED) and promise to have everything altered and ready for you. They had NOTHING ready. Gave us the wrong hat and the jacket was not altered and patch was not attached. They used safety pins to try and fix the jacket and offered absolutely NO REFUND or even an apology. The staff is nice but the owners are total frauds. They just want your money.
