When I first started reading about extra virgin olive oil (the real stuff) I soon realized there were many health benefits attributed to consuming it daily.
Four or five months ago I started mixing 2 tablespoons of real, fresh, high quality extra virgin olive oil into my morning smoothie (consisting of 4 veggies and 4 fruits).
For the past two years I have had continuous pain in the fingers...
