I will NEVER go back to that dirty and unprofessional store again. my dogs went in with 4 inches of hair and came out bald. they were so stressed 2 had diarrhea all day. I was told they were matted....bull, they were brushed out and well maintained. the odd little mat did not justify stripping the entire coat down. the store and the grooming area was filthy. I work in a large retail pet store... more
