Always spectactular
Consistently great - the only bad thing is the wait! Amazing food, service and staff!

went for a eveing out of steak and wine and was very pleased. my appatizers unfortunately came out to me wrong, so the manager brought me a new one and offered to take it off the bill. i was very pleased. the rest of the meal was great. very pleased with the service
When you are at a steakhouse....
When you are at a steakhouse...the steak should be the best part of the meal. We went with a crowd this past Saturday night (9 of us in total). I ordered a KEG size tenderloin - rare. The steak was white in the center - cooked to death. Another person at the table had the same experience. I asked the server if I could get another done rare this time. I waited while everyone else was enjoying their meal. When I finally got mine and "dug into it", I found it ice cold in the center. I guess "cool blue" according to the KEG menu. I like my steak rare but this was raw. I got through about half of it before I had enough. The server asked me if all was well. I told her the steak was raw - she said "well you asked for it rare!" Hardly the response I wanted. Anyways, overall the meal was fine. The Crab Chowder for starter was amazing - my wife and I shared that with the crab cakes which were also great. For my family of 2 adults and 3 kids, a bottle of wine for the table, apps, entrees and dessert, the bill was about $250 - again, overall pretty good experience but when you order a steak at a steakhouse they should get it right.
