Excellent cakes.....very poor customer service

Been a faithful customer since the bakery opened in Nepean, however I must say that after they changed locations and moved to Westboro there has been some unfortunate changes. First of all prices were increased enormously, but this was something I could live with since it is very hard to find nut free desserts and cakes in Ottawa.
