I took a pair of jeans here for hemming a couple of months ago. They hemmed the legs two different lengths! It took me a while to figure out why one leg was scuffing when the other wasn't - turns out one is about half an inch longer than I had requested. Not a huge difference, but enough to mess up the bottom of one leg. I definitely won't be taking any clothing here in the future.

Sorry for the length but the details really illustrate why I gave them 1 star. Bottom line is horrible service! Read on to see why.

I got a pair of jeans and a dress taken in, and the straps shortened on another dress. These guys were quick and their work was great -- one of the dresses had a billion layers and a lining and they managed to take it in and keep it looking great. Their work on the jeans was fantastic too. They finally fit me properly, and you wouldn't be able to tell they were altered!
