your basic spa
this is your basic type of massage / spa place, offering a few different spa packages that vary in price (somewhat) and duration and what's offered. i do like that they give gift certificates, I give them out often.

I have rarely had such a poor customer service experience. It's difficult for me to believe that Swizzlesticks has been able to maintain any business with their approach to clients. They misbooked my appointment, then refused to take any responsibility for the error and became argumentative, defensive and then downright rude. The only confusing thing about Swizzlesticks was finding the door! But, when I wandered into the hair salon by mistake, the lovely receptionist actually took me to the stairs to ensure i found my way! My Detox wrap wasn't quite what I expected, but it was absolutely wonderful!!! Highly recommended for a relaxing, soothing massage!
