I have been taking my dogs to Michelle for many years I am always very pleased with here grooming, Michelle was recomended to me by my vet. It is very hard to please everybody some customers will never be happy no metter what you do.
Nothing but joy
After reading some of the reviews i felt i had to sit down and voice my opinion.michele has been grooming our two dogs for at least 8 years. I've have never found her or her employees to be rude or abrasive , the opposite it true she has always gone out of her way to make my dogs feel comfortable .
On mya's first cut she was nervous and afraid but now she almost looks forward to spa day. Max is getting on in years and has many issues hyper skin sensitivity constant ear issues many skin tags. She always take the utmost of care in hand trimming his face. Lets all it takes alot of patience to be a groomer how would you like working on someone who cannot tell you if what you are doing is hurting them or not.michele and judy keep up the great work and remember as long as the dogs go away happy you've done a great job

Not impressed at all - owner is really rude
The owner Michelle is extremely rude, very cold, and seems to have enough customers already, so if you are a new one you are not important at all and you a treated very poorly. When you call to book an appointment you are treated very bad. When expressing our concerns for our dog she didn't seem to care at all. It definitely doesn't sound like a dog friendly person.

The review by Isabelle is clearly for the wrong place... She should really take that down.
Anyway - to review!!
This place is WONDERFUL! I've been taking my golden doodle to suds n scissors now for 5 years. In some cases (out of laziness) I tried taking my dog to a closer groomer (to my house) and if I tried to take him back there - he wanted to bolt out of the door. He clearly hated it.

Reading the review dated 7/17/2012 just now makes me think the person who posted it has the wrong place as they don't have a day care area at Suds 'n' Scissors.
Well I thought I could give my pooch a bit of a trim myself .... oops .... so I called Suds 'n' Scissors for help. When we arrived Michelle took the time to discuss Ernie's type of coat, she offered options on what I could have done...
