J'ai assisté aux ateliers la semaine dernière mais mon français va pas très fort, donc j'écrirai en anglais :-)
This review is related to my experience there last weekend at a workshop with Max Pitruzzella, Claudia and Annie Trudeau, which was a lucky coincidence since I was originally in Montréal for the UFC158 fight featuring Georges St-Pierre vs. Nick Diaz.
