Hours of operation
March 17, 2011The hours of operation for these stores are not very good. They close at 530 which I am sure costs them alot of sales.

Vancouver location. They do not honour their own written refund policy!
January 22, 2011Had a horrible experience there today. I tried to return $200 of products I received from my wife as a Christmas present, which I could not use. She had bought them in early December & they have a 14 day policy to return for a full refund, which obviously we could not meet. But they have a WRITTEN return policy at their checkout which states a 15% restocking fee if returned after 14 days.... more

Buyer beware
September 01, 2008I purchased an inflatable kayak from Steveston Marine & Hardware (Vancouver) . I took it home, inflated it, and realized that it was not big enough for two adults. I packed it up and within a week took it back to the store, they refused to take it back as they stated “they could not sell it, so it wouldn’t be goo d business” . Spoke to the owner today and he stated that once the box is opened... more
