after-service report
It is one thing for a company to install a product with all care and attention when perhaps thousands of dollars are involved in the initial sale but the wise buyer will investigate how that company handles its after-service, which pays much less but reveals their integrity and their sense of ongoing responsibility. The Better Business Bureau gives them an “f” rating in this area.
