I purchased a 3 year old sofa (Harlan) from here off of Craigslist. It is the best couch that I've ever sat on. The build is perfect, there is no sag whatsoever. If this is what this Sofa is like after being used 3 years I think that shows how well their products are.

We bought a sofa from them and are very satisfied with the product including the slipcover, The inner cushion is well made, . Very sturdy product and they will come out and fix it if necessary. I highly recommend this store.
