Value For Money
I have purchased several things from Smith's and have always received exceptional service. The sales people are very helpful, professional, and courteous. I get good value for my money and the products I have purchased have been of great quality. I would and already have recommended Smith's Furniture to family and friends. It is sometimes hard to find good quality and service in one business, but Smith's Furniture has both in abundance.
Knowledgeable Salesperson
I have been a customer of Smith's Furniture & Appliances for more than 13 years and as usual, the customer service has been great. Salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable.
Helpful Associates and Excellent Products
I found the associates very helpful. They had a good knowledge of their products. Their store was very neat and well layed-out. The pricing of the merchandise was better than other furniture stores.

For the past several years, I have purchased quite a bit of furniture and appliances; I find the customer service to be fabulous. Both the sales and delivery staff had been extremely helpful.

Over the years, we have found great value for our money at Smith's. The staff are very friendly and ready to serve. We have always received great quality for our money in all of our purchases. Great staff, great product, great store, highly recommended.

It's never anything but pleasant to shop at Smith's Furniture. I generally find everything that I'm looking for, if not on the sales floor, the staff will assist me in finding it and ordering it for me.
