if you're a dj then pop in to this store, and check out the latest stock in the music that you love. they have lots of records, all at competitive prices and the staff are cool and will let you listen in on lps before you buy.

My record shop of choice in Calgary. The focus here is on contemporary alternative material - take a look at any given Sled Island lineup and you'll have a decent sampler of what's in Sloth's stacks. Prices are among the best in the city for new vinyl, I'm often shocked at how much more the same albums are priced at other shops around town. I come here quite often because it is a block away from work. I give 3 stars because the turntable I bought from there f@!%!*g RULES!!! And it was very reasonably priced.
The vinyl selection is pretty.. meh.. I am stoked if I find something to take home. They do a great job of showcasing up and coming artists as well as local acts, A+ if that is what you're into. It's also nice to see some...
