Very Knowledgeable!!! Great Service
Ski West was recommended to me by friends. I needed to get new skis boots and clothing and I was extremely satisfied with everything I purchased. They are so specialized that I dealt with different people in clothing - who are knowledgeable in not only tecnical aspects but what brands fit my body type right down to color and fashion advice -if you want great service this is the place - it was much easier to find the right gear with experienced help.
For skis and boots it was the same thing - I worked with a bootfitter who had well over 20 years experience - the after sales support was fantastic - after skiing in the boots I realized I needed to make more room for the side of my pinky toe and an ankle - they did the work for free and my feet are now very happy.
They make it easy
Buying skis and boots was daunting at first, but it was a snap once I came here. I was shocked to find how knowledgeable the staff were, after measuring my feet it took all of 3 minutes to find the exact right boot, which was then heat moulded for a perfect fit.

the staff that work here I think have been here for years, because they're all so experienced. I got a new pair of ski boots that were heat moulded to my feet, and they guided me through the buying process very well.
