I had to come here on Christmas day. This location was the only one opened near me.
Came here around 10:30am.
Walked in with a prescription, and the place was empty. About 3 customer in the entire store shopping. Absolutely no customers at the pharmacy. I handed in my prescription, 1 item, was told it would be a 20min wait.
It felt like 30mins!!
How can it take that long?

They seem to be constantly under-stocked, and they frequently misprice their items (not to your benefit). This doesn't apply to everyone but many employees seem to know very little about their job, and worse are the ones who give you attitude. All around lots of bad customer service. I'm not a picky person by the way. It's just happened way too many times for my liking.

Worst SDM store I ever visited.  They don't welcome your business if you shop with coupons.  One cashier was extremely rude, and tried to confiscate my printed coupons, saying they were photocopies (Just because it's printed black/white, doesn't mean its photocopy).  He has no rights to take away my property.  I asked him to return them to me, and he called the store manager.  After manager... more
