The Halifax Shambhala Centre is the headquarters for the Shambhala centres throughout the world. The main shrine room is a beautiful example of traditional buddhist shrines mixed with a modern western aesthetic. Free meditation is held daily, but you can also pop in just to see the space. Located near Dalhousie University and close to downtown.
