WTF!!!!

I used to come into this store on a regular basis, but it seems for the last 9 or 10 years things have totally gone downhill. The old owners used to run an efficient store, but once the current owner took over, it's a sight to behold.
The owner has been drunk most of the time that I've stopped in (and I've only gone a few times on my way home if I really needed something quickly).
It makes me wonder if this guy is capable of running a business with such poor customer service. I suggest just heading to the other Home Hardware on Tecumseh, sure it's a drive but at least you won't leave angry.
