multiple repair trips with this service. the extended warranty said that if they visited 3 times it would be replaced for free and they did not to this under the warranty. had to pay additional money to solve problem. would not recommend to others.

We went into the store thinking we were going to buy the one on the flyer. A very nice gentleman David, helped us. He was very friendly,helpful and gave us a lot of his time. He showed us several mattresses and beds and explained in great detail what was good and what was not. We must have been there for more than an hour.
