Nice enough place has good variety. Sushi at the table, teppan grills and a sushi "boat" section. Whatever you want, they seem to have it. Tables with low seating for parties as well. The sushi itself is pretty good, sometimes a bit too "warm".
This restaurant has an extensive menu. We dine in or take out - mostly sushi. We find the love boat a good choice for take out as it's easy to order and has a good variety and amount of items that's easily shared. It's certainly not the best sushi in town and we too find it too warm for our liking.
the sushi at sakana grill isn't that good. the rice is always too dry and the fish is always too warm. not impressed with the place.
For the novice, the floating boat parade gives you a chance to actually see what you are ordering.

I've been to this restaurant several times and I love it. The servers are always polite and helpful, the food is delicious and reasonably priced, and the menu offers a wide variety of japanese treats. Two people can have a delicious, filling japanese lunch with desert and tea for under $30 easily.
I use to eat here regularly but I've noticed that the food has gotten much worse lately. The sushi tasted really nasty.
We went there for a friends birthday party. My husband and I do not eat sushi, but there was many items to choose from... Very good!! Thank you!!
Great food and service. Their birhtday parties are a blast.
Take a seat at the sushi bar and choose from the floating boats, or have your meal prepared at your table, teppanyaki style. Busy, festive atmosphere. Lunch specials. Entrees: $$
Located in the Harmonious Center, the Sakana Grill exudes a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. They serve sushi that is fresh, meticulously prepared, reasonably priced and is served from clever little motorized boats. And if you don't go for raw sushi, you can still order delicious grilled Japanese food: sit by one of the three grills and watch the chefs at work, or choose one of their "tatami"... more
