Shoddy workmanship

Work on interlocking front porch completed in May 2011. Contacted the owner about spaces in the bricks in the fall of the same year. This year, the bricks hav shifted enough to cause my porch support post to fall 3 different times. Scott Rynberk has still not responded to any emails.
