Customer service was amazing, especially for the price that we paid. They offer shuttle service to and from anywhere downtown. The indoor jacuzzi and pool are also a plus! Rooms can accommodate 2-4 guests very comfortably. The only concern is found was the lack of AC in the rooms. Good location, big suite room(we got a free upgrade to a one bedroom suite), bathroom is a little small, but it's fine to use. Free wifi, parking is a little bit expensive. Have lots of fun rooms at Level B. My boy loves their swimming pool. Walking distance to major city center sightseeing.
