They gave poor advice on a contractor that did not complete the work and did a poor job. Also they are too small to honour the actual Rona warranties and products. I can't wait until Lowe's comes to town. If you need customer service then look elsewhere.

I called, was promptly transferred to a knowledgeable employee, looked up whether they had what I wanted in stock (they did). Wonderful customer service.
