Courtesy, Confidentiality and Legitimacy of Price in Question

Started to become regular customer a few months ago, I had seen heated argument about total medication price with dispenssing fee between customer and pharmacist few times a month. Pharmacist speaking loud and agressive manner, almost yelling at customer.

Also, the adjacent clinic and pharmacy seem to be runned by family members or closer relatives.

I heard some patients were treated funny way based on their medical information, which probably came from was casual topic exchange between pharmacies and physicians behind their patiemts' back. So If you woe about your dignity and confidentiality, you know what to do.
