Richard Tchamourian, ICT. and his staff offer a variety of services in a professional but friendly establishment.  Rich 1 Beauty opened it's doors in 1993 and in 2008, with a new location was able to offer a Hair & Permanent Cosmetics Program. Now Nanaimo has it's only privately owned School for Hair and Permanent Cosmetics.
