Nice staff, clean rooms, free breakfast, and twice a week free supper!
The customer service was perfect. Everyone who comes in contact with you is very friendly and makes you feel welcome and appreciated. The room was decent, but the kitchen was slightly smaller than others I have been to. The breakfast was better than most Residence Inns I've been to. They always keep the coffee/tea hot and fresh around the clock, which we really appreciated on our trip! Next... more
Great place to stay the night before a flight. They will provide shuttle services to the airport and keep your car for free for at least a week.
We 're checking in Sat. Aug 3/quite late and haven't got any dinner. I ask the front desk lady about Chinese food? and she assist me with the menu & ordering the food to be delivered to the room.It was a sense of welcoming and great experience plus we all got nice breakfast in the morning before departure. We stayed with family on the way to Mont Tremblanc. Thanks to the F O. agent and the... more
We were at the Residence Inn for a hockey tournament. It provided us the opportunity to cook dinner in the room after a long day of hockey. Service was prompt with additional requests, i.e. rollaway bed, extra pillows, etc. Would recommend to others and would also return.
Is a good choice for a family who wants space. they have good breakfast, with a remarkable difference: there is no chocolate milk or even powder to add to milk. A big No with kids. Also they do not offer paper plates or tray, so taking breakfast to your room is quite difficult as the plates and bowls are extremely heavy china. Also the area around the pool (is in the hotel basement) is... more
We stayed here with baby to see autumn leaf at The Laurentian Mountains, Quebec.Fully equipped kitchen was really helpful to take care of him, and breakfast was very impressive.
I stayed here last night for a one day business visit. After checking around to decide where to stay, I chose the Residence Inn for its close location to the areas I had to go to. Hotel was built within the last couple years, therefore everything is new. My room was not overly spacious but well furnished. Kitchen features a stove top, microwave, full size fridge and dishwasher. The eating area... more
This is a pretty good, pretty average airport hotel. It is comfortable and quiet (especially considering it is near the airport) and you have a few restaurants and stores nearby. The biggest gripe is the layout of the room - the TV and TV cabinet is between the bed and the pathway to the bathroom, so you constantly feel like you might tip the TV over. Otherwise, it is a fine airport hotel.
We stayed at Residence Inn Montreal Airport last weekend and we were very impressed. This hotel got everything we needed. Friendly staff, good breafast, nice clean spacious room with comfortable beds and a large pool which my children really enjoyed it. About 10 to 15 minutes drive to Montreal downtown. The only little things that need to improve are: elevators are a bit slow, breafast area is... more
