Mostly a take out counter, but you can also dine in (in a rather cold atmosphere, though). They have a nice selection of Sechuan food, which you choose directly at the counter. Try their dumplings, they are very good.

Je suis aller au Chang Thai pour mon anniversaire et j'ai adore, nous etions un gros groupe et malgre tout, le service et la fraicheur des aliments etaient impeccables, une veritable experience thai comme si nous etions la bas... Très bon resto, c'est à essayer seulement pour la bouffe. Elle est exquise!! La salde de canard, citronnelle et menthe fraîche est un pur délice. La fraîcheur des aliments est incontestable. L'ambiance est des plus agréable et le service t`rès courtois.
