We were supposed to be on a non-stop flight from Los Angeles to Amsterdam, but mechanical failure had our plane turning back to Toronto. The airline bused our entire 747 to different hotels as quickly as they could. By the luck of the draw, we ended up at the Residence Inn.

I enjoy staying at a hotel where all members of the staff take pride in working for that establishment. wonderful people on the front desk, booked the shuttle and got my wake up call ordered. They helped us get our bags in the door.....after we got settled upstairs Jason called to make sure everything was fine. room was exceptionally clean....beds comfy.
