excellent staff

Have spent 4 days in this hotel, and have to say that reception staff was just amazing as well as all other members. Very helpful, always with a smile no matter what time. Downtown Winnipeg is not a funny place, sometimes really not at all !!, but as soon as you are inside this hotel you feel better.

Pet friendly, non smoking, friendly willing staff don't hesitate to go out of their way for you, excellent restaurant, easy access to Portage Place, other downtown amenities. Parking within the hotel.

It was JUST alright, so much more cleaning required, staff needs to be more friendly, I left and went to the delta around the corner, what a difference!!!!! Pool is ugly, would have one to the fairmont but no rooms due to construction.
